What does the Day of my Reservation Look Like?

  1. After selecting your items, reserving your time slot and checking out, you will be emailed a contract outlining our terms and conditions. We ask that you complete all applicable signatures and read through the documents. Once completed, you will receive a copy for your records and your reservation is fully confirmed.
  2. A few days prior to your event you will receive a phone call from us to confirm the details of your event, any special requirements for setting up and to specify the drop-off and pick-up time frames.
  3. The day of your reservation you will receive a text message to let you know our technicians are in route. You will receive a similar message in advance of the pick-up.
  4. Upon arrival, our team will stage and set all the rental equipment in the predetermined area(s). We ask that you pay close attention to the necessary clearance and set back variances listed in each product description equipment to ensure that there is sufficient room for your rental. All necessary equipment will be provided except for proper electrical and water supply if applicable to your rental.
  5. Once set up and secured, our technicians will ensure the safe operation and cleanliness of each unit or piece of equipment. They will review with you or anyone you designate the proper and safe instructions for operating and overseeing the use of your rental(s). We ask that you, and anyone who will be using or overseeing the use of the equipment, read the rules and warnings and comply with the regulations for a safe experience.
  6. From there you are off and running to enjoy your event. At any time, you are free to reach out to us with questions or concerns about the proper way to use the equipment or to report an issue.
  7. Please be sure to shut off all equipment when not being used under supervision or during inclement weather.
  8. We recognize that weather conditions can change quickly causing unforeseen alterations to your plans. Unfortunately, we cannot refund or cancel our rental agreement if weather conditions prohibit the safe use of the equipment during your reservation period or you elect not to use the equipment due to weather or other cause. Cancellations must be made in advance of 72 hours of the reservation start time to receive a full refund.
  9. Our technicians will then return within the predetermined pick-up time frame and begin their process of collecting the equipment. It is unnecessary for anyone to be present while our technicians clean up unless it is required for them to gain access to the equipment. To ensure the safety of our technicians and the integrity of our equipment, pick-up procedure requires us to turn on all equipment for cleaning and sanitation. To complete these processes effectively we require access to the applicable utilities needed to run the equipment during the rental and the cooperation of the weather. We will do everything in our power to ensure the timely pick-up of the equipment, but inclement weather can cause delays. In this instance, we will be in communication with the customer to schedule pick-up at the next available window and require that the terms of the agreement remain in place until completion.
  10. We ask that for the pick-up process, our technicians have unrestricted access to the equipment and electrical supply so that they may properly sanitize and package the equipment.
